After-flight service

We recommend that you complete the online claim form for any claim or refund request before contacting us.

If you wish to know the status of your complaint, you can go to your "my account" area or click on "follow your requests" in the "Complaints" area. You can also complete your complaint using this form.

 (service and call free of charge) from 09:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday (except on public holidays) for all matters relating exclusively to your claim.

If you have bought your ticket on any Corsair point of sale and travelled on board a partner company, please directly contact the airline that operated your flight.

You are informed that after having sent a request to Corsair’s Customer Service (client, dispute, claim, quality, after-sale, etc.) and if you have not received a satisfying response within 60 days, you are entitled to file a claim with Tourism and Travel troubleshooter, whose contact details are available on its website:
