What is an electronic ticket?

Réponse

An electronic ticket is a dematerialised ticket.  You are no longer in possession of standard tickets with the outbound and return flight coupon.
Your travel confirmation contains all the information relating to your purchase as well as the mandatory legal conditions relating to it. All these informations are directly recorded in our secure database. No more risk of losing or forgetting your paper ticket.
Book your ticket online as usual on our website, by phone through our Customer Service or at one of our Agency & Corsair desks at the airport.

If you book online :

  • Book your flight, enter the references of an identifier (passport or national identity card);
  • Confirm your payment with a credit card.
  • Once your payment has been accepted you will receive two documents by e-mail:
    the confirmation of your reservation as well as your electronic ticket (itinerary receipt).
    The time it takes to receive these emails can take several hours.
    We also invite you to check your spam folder ( Spam, Junk).
