The purpose of the Loyalty Program is to reward regular Corsair customers. The General Terms and Conditions define the contractual relationship between Corsair and its members with regard to the Club Corsair program.

The Club Corsair program may be canceled, modified or replaced by Corsair, upon notification to the Member, with immediate effect, at any moment, without prior notice or special formalities and without giving rise to damages or any indemnity obligation of any kind whatsoever in favor of the Member.

With effect from the date of cancellation of the Club Corsair program, no further credit may be earned or accumulated by the members; no further enrollments to the Club Corsair program may be made. Valid credits will remain so until they expire. Corsair will do its best to inform the members of the cancellation of the Club Corsair program by e-mail or any other means as soon as possible.

Corsair reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions of the Club Corsair program as well as the General Terms and Conditions by notifying the Members, with immediate effect, at any moment, without prior notice or special formalities and without giving rise to damages or any indemnity obligation of any kind whatsoever in favor of the Member. Corsair will do its best to inform the members of any alteration to the Club Corsair program by e-mail or any other means, as soon as possible.

The alterations shall be considered approved by the Members if they are not contested within 30 days of notification or if the Member uses the Loyalty card, whichever is the earlier of the two. 4. Operating mode of the Club Corsair program

The Club Corsair loyalty program is valid for all eligible flights and classes within the terms of article 4.2 hereafter and entitles the member to earn Euros for each flight flown. The Euros may be used to purchase tickets, services specified by Corsair, in particular upgrades, or may be transferred to another Club Corsair member in accordance with article 4.8. Advantages pertaining to the loyalty program and credit awards are set out in article 4.2

It is up to the member to check that credits have been duly credited to the loyalty account either by consulting the Corsair website, or in writing to the following address: « Corsair, Programme Club Corsair, 99-101 rue de la Bongarde, 92230 Gennevilliers, France. » or by contacting our Customer Service (tel 3917 - €0.35cts/min from landline).

4.1 Loyalty Card status

The cumulative number of purchases and credits earned determines the status levels and the benefits granted to the member. The loyalty program consists of three card levels:
  • Club
  • Gold
  • Platinum

New members of the loyalty program will be automatically enrolled at Club level. Gold status is obtained once the purchase level of €2 000 (two thousand euros) is reached and Platinum status once the amount of € 5 500 (five thousand five hundred euros) is reached. The loyalty card status is awarded for one (1) calendar year, i.e. from 01 January to 31 December. Each year on 31 December the status is revised counting one (1) full year

e.g. : if you obtain Gold status on 10/07/22, your level will be recalculated on 31/12/2023.

4.2. Eligible Routes and Classes

Every flight flown by the member on an eligible route and in an eligible class of the Club Corsair Program entitles the member to a Credit that can be used for a future flight on one of the Corsair routes. All routes flown by Corsair are eligible.

Hexagon <-> Fort-de-France, Martinique
Hexagon <-> Pointe-Pitre, Guadeloupe
Hexagon <-> Abidjan, Ivory Coast
Hexagon <-> Bamako, Mali
Hexagon <-> Cotonou, Benin
Hexagon <-> Saint-Denis, Reunion
Hexagon <-> Port-Louis, Mauritius
Hexagon <-> Mayotte
Hexagon <-> Antananarivo, Madagascar
Hexagon <-> Montreal, Canada

On Eligible routes, all « Flight Only » booking classes are eligible for the Club Corsair Program.

On Eligible Lines, all Booking Classes are Eligible for the Club Corsair Program EXCEPT Basics Rates and Basics Promos bookings.

Only flights flown by the Member on Eligible routes and Eligible Classes may give rise to a Credit award

4.3. Calculating the Credit

The amount of the award credited to the member’s Loyalty account varies according to the member’s status level.

For Club member status, a Credit equal to 2% (two percent) of the fare price in euros, inclusive of all taxes, and paid by the member for a ticket for the flight in question will be credited to the Member’s Loyalty account.

For Gold member status, a Credit equal to 5% (five percent) of the fare price in euros, inclusive of all taxes, and paid by the member for a ticket for the flight in question will be credited to the Member’s Loyalty account.

For Platinum member status, a Credit equal to 8% (eight percent) of the fare price in euros, inclusive of all taxes, and paid by the member for a ticket for the flight in question will be credited to the Member’s Loyalty account.

For tickets paid with a Credit, the amount of the new Credit awarded for the flight depends on the status level as defined above and is equal to 2%, 5% or 8% including all taxes, minus the amount of the Credit used to purchase the ticket.

In the case of an upgrade or a downgrade, the amount of the Credit is based on the amount paid for the ticket (excluding taxes) and irrespective of the class of travel the member actually flew.

The method of calculation of the Credit is defined by Corsair and may be modified at any moment by Corsair, without prior notice and with immediate effect.

4.4 Obtaining a credit

A credit may be established in favor of the Member if the following cumulative conditions are fulfilled:

  1. The Member has purchased a “Flight only” ticket for a flight on an Eligible route and in an Eligible class, excluding Basic fares,
  2. The Member has actually flown on the flight,
  3. The Member provided his Membership number at the time of purchase or at check-in.

The Credits are credited to the ticket holder’s Loyalty account irrespective of the person or entity paying for the ticket.

Each Member is personally responsible for informing the payer, in particular the employer, third party or legal entity paying for the ticket, with respect to the advantages obtained by the Member under the Club Corsair Program.

The event causing the Credit gain being the actual carriage of the Member on an eligible flight, in the case of the cancellation of the flight in question (regardless of the reason for cancellation) the Credit cannot be credited to the Loyalty account of the Member in question. In the same way a Credit cannot be credited if the Member does not actually travel on the flight, for whatever reason, and in particular, but not limited to the ticket being unused, lost, refunded, confiscated or expired.

Used Credits cannot be reinstated to a member’s account if a flight is canceled for reasons beyond the control of Corsair, as defined by the relevant legislation.

4.5 Retroactive credit

If the Member’s number was not submitted when purchasing the ticket or at check-in, a retroactive credit is possible and should be made via the Corsair website at https://moncompte.corsair.fr. or via the Corsair Customer Service (tel 3917 - €0.35cts/min from landline) within six (6) months of the flight date in question. On this occasion the Member will have to indicate the ticket number used for the flight.

In the event that a customer wishes to enroll in the Club Corsair Program after having purchased a ticket and flown on an eligible route and in an eligible class, enrollment in the Club Corsair Program must be requested within a delay of (6) months maximum following the flight date in question.

A retroactive credit is only possible if all the necessary conditions set out in article 4.2 of these General terms and Conditions are fulfilled.

Corsair will do its utmost to credit the accounts of the Club Corsair Program Members. However, the Member should retain all relevant documents such as boarding cards, airline tickets, passenger receipts and invoices

4.6 Converting the credit

The member has the possibility to consult and redeem the Credits on his Account by signing in to the member’s personal page on https://moncompte.corsair.fr. Rewards can only be redeemed in Euros exclusively, on the French version of the Loyalty account on the Corsair website.

4.7 Validity of Credits

A credit is valid for a period of eighteen (18) months from the date of the qualifying flight except in the case of special Promotional Offers or offers for a specific market. In the case of a new flight flown during the period of eighteen (18) months the current credits will have the same validity as the last flight flown. All credits on the Loyalty Account will therefore have the same expiry date.

4.8 Credit transferability

A member may transfer all or part of his credit balance available on his Loyalty account to another member of the Loyalty Program

In practice the Credit transfer results in a debit of the amount of the Credit on the Member’s Loyalty card who transfers the credit, and a credit of the amount on the recipient’s Loyalty card.

4.9 Redeeming the credits

Credits can only be redeemed via our Corsair airport counters, the Customer Service (3917, 0,35cts/min from landline), the dedicated Club Corsair phone number (number available in your personal online space) or the French version of your Loyalty account.

It is hereby specified that service charges will be applied if the member purchases a ticket with his/her credits via the Corsair sales office, the dedicated Club Corsair phone number or the Customer Service (3917, 0,35cts/min from landline).

A member may use the Credits available on his/her account for the purchase of a Ticket as well as other services, (in particular, excess baggage fees, upgrades or services determined by Corsair, etc.) Credits cannot be used to pay for insurance or airport taxes. The member may use his/her credits to pay for the fuel surcharge providing the ticket, excluding taxes, has been paid for in full with accrued credits. When purchasing a ticket or service, the member will choose the credit amount he/she wants to use.

In the event that the credit is not used up in its entirety, the unused amount will remain available on the Loyalty Account, as “partially used” with a validity date identical to the original credit. This partially used credit may be used for a future purchase.

In the event that a member does not complete the order process, the credits used for the said purchase may be blocked for several hours for security reasons.

The number of seats available per flight and dedicated to the Club Corsair program may be limited. Consequently, a Club status member who purchases a ticket with credits may be subject to blackout dates. Further details concerning these restrictive dates may be obtained from the Corsair sales offices.

There are no blackout dates for Gold and Platinum status members.

The member cannot ask for payment and/or a total or partial refund of the credit amount available on his loyalty account.

Accrued credits available on the member’s Loyalty Account cannot under any circumstances be used to pay for airport taxes.

Accrued credits available on the member’s Loyalty Account may be redeemed to:

  1. purchase a ticket (for himself or a third party) for a flight on an eligible route and class on condition that the accrued amount of credits is greater than or equal to €100 (one hundred euros);
  2. pay for services (in particular excess baggage fees, additional baggage allowance, seat +, access to the Business lounge (subject to availability) or any other services offered by Corsair and eligible for payment with the Club Corsair program.
  3. Purchase an upgrade applicable to a ticket issued in a booking class eligible for the Loyalty program, except for booking classes for promotional fares and special fare deals. Upgrade fees are defined by Corsair and may be modified without prior notice and with immediate effect.

If the Member cancels the ticket purchased in total or partially with a Credit the aforesaid credit will not be reinstated or refunded. If the ticket in question is in a booking class entitled to refund in the case of a cancellation by the Member, only the portion of the ticket not paid with a credit may be refunded to the Member.

If the member modifies, totally or partially, the ticket purchased in total or partially with a Credit and if the ticket in question is in a booking class that permits its modification, the Member may redeem the amount of the credit for the modified ticket. It is hereby stipulated that the member must pay 50% of the ticket change fees in accordance with the fare regulations applicable to his/her ticket and in accordance with ticket change fees for the aforesaid ticket.

A Credit may be used for the purchase of a ticket with a date of travel subsequent to the expiry date of the Credit in question

4.10 Additional benefits

4.10.1. Benefits common to both Gold and Platinum member status

In order to benefit from the advantages defined below, the member must be a Gold or Platinum cardholder.

a) Baggage allowance

Only a Gold or Platinum cardholder member who indicated his/her subscription number at the time of the ticket purchase may benefit from additional baggage allowance. This baggage allowance represents a free piece of luggage in their class of travel, on all eligible routes and classes. Gold and Platinum level baggage allowances cannot be combined with other baggage advantages such as the student allowance and the “family and friends” allowance. In this case the most advantageous allowance is applicable.

Tickets issued at the basic fare (without baggage in the hold included) are not eligible for an additional piece of luggage.

b) Check-in

Members holding a Gold or Platinum status card valid for the current year may use the Premium counter to check-in.

4.10.2 Specific benefits for Platinum cardholders

Platinum cardholders benefit from access to the Business lounge (Corsair lounge, subject to availability) and fast track access N° 1 (priority access to security and passport control available at Orly airport)

In addition, Platinum cardholders benefit from priority bag delivery.

4.10.3 Other benefits

Corsair reserves the right to grant special benefits to certain groups of members based on program activity

4.10.4 Additional advantage for all members

All members may contact Corsair staff via an exclusive Loyalty program members-only phone number on the back of the physical Loyalty card for customers who have chosen to receive it or in "My Account".

5. Disqualification from Club Corsair program

Any serious breach of these General Terms and Conditions could justify disqualification from the Club Corsair Program through the sole fault of the Member, any abusive or fraudulent use by the Member or a family member, could result in the automatic disqualification from the Club Corsair Program and/or the cancellation of benefits relative to the Club Corsair Program. In the event of a disqualification, Corsair shall inform the said Member in writing and shall cancel the Loyalty card with immediate effect from the date of disqualification indicated in the letter sent to the Member regarding this matter. A note to this effect will be added to the disqualified member’s Loyalty account.

If, at the effective date of disqualification, the Loyalty account shows a positive balance, the Credits will be automatically canceled.

Any Credits acquired by breach of these General Terms and Conditions or by abusive or fraudulent use shall be canceled without any compensation whatsoever and without liability for Corsair.

Upon the request of Corsair, the Member shall supply valid proof of identity. The refusal or non-response to this request will lead to the suspension by Corsair of the membership to the Club Corsair Program. During the suspension period no new credits may be acquired and existing Credits may not be used. The Loyalty account will remain suspended until either the Member supplies proof of identity or the Member is disqualified from the Club Corsair Program by Corsair. The Member will then lose any existing Credits on the Loyalty account.

The cases listed below will automatically lead to the exclusion of the member from the Club Corsair loyalty program and the forfeiture of all credits accrued on the Loyalty account:

  • Any disrespectful, unruly conduct or untoward behavior with reference to an employee or Corsair representative or other Corsair passengers at the airport or on board the aircraft, or any refusal to honor Corsair employees’ or representatives’ safety instructions, or any abuse or fraud on the part of the Member;
  • any false impersonation by a member;
  • any false declaration by a member;
  • any breach of Corsair sales terms and conditions of ticket purchase or carriage terms and conditions by a member

All of the above mentioned cases will lead to the disqualification of a Member from the Club Corsair Program by Corsair, and entitles Corsair to refuse boarding to a member with a ticket paid for wholly or partially by means of a Credit. Refusal to board is justified by the Member’s behavior and under no circumstances can the member incur the liability of Corsair and request a refund of the ticket in question.

With regards to the enforcement of any of the terms and conditions governing the program, the company reserves the right to take appropriate legal action as it deems necessary against the Member, to cover damages, attorneys fees and court costs

Employees or their managers, or their heirs or beneficiaries of any airline, travel agency or person or entity trading as or on behalf of a tour operator, cannot take advantage of these General Terms and Conditions to earn credits for services offered by Corsair at special prices or employee-reduced fares or travel industry reduced rates.

6. Loss, theft or damage

In the case of loss, theft or damage of the Loyalty card, the Member must inform Corsair. A new Loyalty card will then be issued.

Corsair cannot be held liable for any fraudulent use of the Loyalty card, the Member’s number and/or Password for the period between the loss, theft or deterioration and the report of the loss, theft or said deterioration to Corsair.

Credits used for lost or stolen tickets, and unused or expired ones can neither be reinstated in the Member’s favor nor replaced or extended.

The stolen or expired Credits, or Credits transferred to another Member of the Loyalty Program, cannot be reinstated, replaced or extended.

7. Claims

7.1 Claims concerning the allocation of credits

Concerning the allocation of benefits, only the Loyalty Account accessible on the Corsair website is binding.

However, in the event of a complaint, the Member can submit a request to Corsair for a check to be carried out by the Company.
