Can I benefit from airport assistance before my flight leaves?

These arrangements are made in keeping with Regulation EC No. 1107/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council dated July 5, 2006 on the transport conditions of people with disabilities and reduced mobility while traveling by air.

Assistance :
If you are a disabled person or person with reduced mobility and you need specific assistance during transport and at the airport, you must inform us at the time of your reservation and at the latest 48 hours before the written departure time of your flight.

If you are carrying mobility equipment (e.g., wheelchair, assistance guide dogs) you must also inform CORSAIR at the time of your reservation and no later than 48 hours before the written departure time of your flight.

Moreover, if you wish to travel with a guide assistance dog, you must make sure that it complies with the health requirements of the country of departure and destination of the latter's identification (plate, harness).
