I would like to get my ticket refunded

Any refund or cancellation of an unused ticket (request made before flight’s departure) is subject to the price conditions that apply to the purchased ticket.
Before any request, we encourage you to make sure that your ticket authorizes a flight refund (if it is non-refundable, only airport taxes and fees shall be refunded. The fuel surcharge is non-refundable).

If you wish to cancel your trip (back and/or forth), you possess a refundable electronic ticket with or without charge, and your purchase has been made with Corsair, we invite you to contact us to cancel your trip.

If you have taken an insurance, you will then need to attach the insurance to assert your rights.
If you have not purchased an insurance, you will need to finalize this by filling out the online claims form to obtain a reimbursement. Please do not forget to attach the ticket number, the flight number (these numbers appear on your electronic ticket), any supporting documents (medical certificate, proof of force majeure requiring you to cancel, etc.), your address and flight number, phone to your request.
