Discount Code

At step 4 of your booking, “summary before payment,” go to the field “I have a discount or voucher code,” then:

1 – Enter the code provided to you without any spaces between characters. Copy and paste the code when possible.

2 – Apply the code by clicking on “Apply the discount.” The value of your voucher will automatically be deducted from your total amount due.

3 – Complete your purchase as usual by selecting your payment card.

If you have trouble entering your discount code or voucher, before contacting us, please check that:

• You booked in the correct travel class;
• You entered the code without any spaces between the numbers or letters;
• You are within the code’s valid usage period, which may not necessarily match your selected travel dates.

Discount codes cannot be used through our customer service. Our advisors can only help you check the terms and conditions of use.
