How to report a missing bag or check its status ?
In the event of damage, loss, or delay of your luggage upon arrival, it is essential to file a report on the same day at the baggage counter located in the customs-controlled baggage claim area.
You can also report a missing bag, track your case status, and update your contact details if needed by clicking this link.
If no declaration was made upon arrival, you have up to 7 days to submit a written claim to the address provided below.
- During the first 5 days following your declaration, the baggage service at the relevant airport remains your primary point of contact (the contact details are listed on your report).
- From the 6th day, Corsair’s baggage service will take over. You can reach them at 3917 (option 4), and they will continue the search for up to 30 days.

Please note that the airline accepts no liability for perishable goods (including medication), valuable or fragile items, cash, jewelry, precious metals, securities, important documents, samples, or any other high-value items placed in checked luggage, whether or not their presence was disclosed to the carrier.
We strongly recommend that you do not place such items in your checked luggage, but instead keep them with you in your carry-on.

Items confiscated at security checkpoints
Due to the reinforced Vigipirate security plan and new security measures required by European regulations, you are not allowed to carry the following items in the cabin :
- Any item considered dangerous or that could be perceived as a weapon.
This includes sharp, cutting, pointed, and blunt objects. - Any item classified as a “liquid”
The airline accepts no responsibility for the confiscation of such items or their non-return.
