We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused by this incident and offer you our apologies. Please be assured that we are giving special attention to the handling of your file. We invite you to follow the steps below, depending on the nature of the problem (loss or damage).

How to declare a missing bag or track its status?

In the event of damage, loss, or delay of your baggage upon arrival, it is essential to file a report on the same day at the baggage counter located in the customs area dedicated to baggage delivery.

You can also report missing baggage, track the progress of your file, and, if necessary, update your contact details by clicking on this link

If no declaration was made upon arrival, you have 7 days to complete a claim form at the following link: Claim | Corsair.

  • During the first 5 days following your declaration, the baggage service of the airport concerned remains your main point of contact (contact details appear on your declaration).
  • From the 6th day, Corsair’s baggage service takes over, reachable at 3917 (option no. 4), and will continue the search until the 30th day.

How to compile your file?

  • Your baggage is damaged and/or pilfered:

Please return the following documents for the review of your request:
=> The baggage irregularity report issued at the airport or its reference number,
=> Photos of the damaged baggage,
=> A bank account details form (RIB/IBAN).

  • Your baggage is delayed or still missing:

If your baggage has not been returned to you within 5 days following your irregularity report, we invite you to complete a claim form at the following link: Claim | Corsair, attaching the documents listed below:
=> The baggage irregularity report issued at the airport or its reference number,
=> A detailed inventory of the contents per baggage (color, brand, size).

  • If your baggage was delayed at your travel destination, please attach the following document:

=> Original purchase receipts for expenses incurred.

In the absence of a declaration filed upon arrival of the flight, no compensation can be granted by the airline.

Please note that the airline declines all responsibility for perishable goods (including medicines), valuables or fragile items, currency, jewelry, precious metals, securities, important documents, samples, or any other valuable items placed in checked baggage, whether their presence has been declared to the carrier or not.

We strongly recommend that you do not place such products or items in checked baggage, but keep them with you in your cabin baggage.

Items confiscated at the security checkpoint

Due to the reinforced Vigipirate plan and new security measures imposed by European regulations, you are not allowed to keep in the cabin:

  • Any object considered dangerous or that could be used as a weapon.
This includes sharp, cutting, bladed, or blunt objects.
  • Any item defined under the term “liquids.”

The airline accepts no responsibility for the confiscation of these items or for their non-return.
