If you are an elderly person or you have a temporary disability (like a plaster), you can also reach our support team to request a special assistance at the airport.

In addition, to travel with a guide or assistance dog, you must ensure that it complies with the health requirements of the country of departure and destination as well as the identification of the latter: plate, harness, etc.

Transport restrictions and the need to travel with an attendant

Corsair may refuse carriage to disabled persons or persons with reduced mobility for reasons related to safety requirements or if the doors of the aircraft make access impossible.

Corsair requires the presence of an attendant to provide you with the assistance you need and to meet applicable safety requirements.

Traveling with an accompanying person is mandatory in the following cases:

  • The passenger is unable to understand or apply the security measures.
  • The passenger cannot physically participate in his own evacuation.

The assistance provided by Corsair on board does not include:

  • Assistance with meals and drinks.
  • Help in the toilets.
  • Medical assistance, including taking medication…
  • The transfer from the seat to the on-board wheelchair.

Need help that isn't included in Corsair Support? For your comfort, we recommend that you travel with a guide capable of providing you with this type of assistance.
