During check-in and until boarding, special attention shall be given to unaccompanied children and people with reduced mobility.
If you are a person with reduced mobility and you require assistance when you reach the airport, please inform us on your condition in advance by getting in touch with our Customer Service at least 72 hours before your departure.
So that “major departures” aren’t synonymous with “rush hour”, the reception staff will help you check-in, embark and disembark peacefully.
