How does it work?

Simply decide how much you're willing to pay for an upgrade by logging in with your credentials (Name and booking number), then submit your price offer.

You can modify your bid at any time up to 6 hours before your flight departure, as long as your offer hasn’t been accepted. You may also withdraw your offer within the same timeframe.

How to make an offer?

Log in using your credentials in the form above.
A message will indicate whether you’re eligible to make an upgrade offer for your booking.
Click on the message corresponding to an upgrade to Premium Class or Business Class, depending on your booking.
Enter the amount you're willing to pay.
Then enter your credit card details, carefully review your offer, and submit it.
You will then receive a confirmation email.
You can modify or cancel your upgrade offer up to 6 hours before the flight departure. To do so, log in again using your last name and booking number in the form above.
Note: you can choose to receive an immediate upgrade without waiting for confirmation by agreeing to pay the proposed price. You will be charged instantly and receive a confirmation email.

Was your offer accepted?

You’ll receive this answer between 12 and 4 hours before departure.
The amount you offered in your bid will be charged to your credit card.

You’ll receive a new ticket and updated boarding pass by email. All the benefits of your upgraded cabin will automatically apply.

In Business Class:

Fast-track access at Orly 4 (Access No. 1) to save time at security and border controls
Gourmet meals onboard

In Premium Class:

Deep reclining seat in Premium Class
Access to the premium lounge at the airport

Note: Your original fare conditions (modifications and/or refunds) as well as your checked baggage allowance remain unchanged. For example, if you purchased an Economy ticket including 1 checked bag of 23 kg, you will retain this baggage allowance even after an upgrade to a higher class.

Was your offer declined?

You’ll receive this answer between 12 and 4 hours before departure.
No action is required on your part and your card will not be charged: your original booking will remain unchanged.
