How Does the TGV + Air Service Work?

  • Booking: purchase a Train + Air trip on the Flycorsair website, at an agency, or by calling 3917 (€0.35/min).
  • Check-in: your check-in is done in two steps.
    – For your Corsair flight: starting 72 hours before departure.
    – For your SNCF journey: you must check in from 72 hours before the train departure to receive your SNCF e-ticket.
  • Travel: At the station, you can open the SNCF gates directly with your e-ticket to access the platform or present it to the conductor to validate your e-ticket.

Check-In

Departing from France

  • At the station, present your reservation confirmation at the Train + Air counter from 24 hours before departure and no later than 30 minutes before the train departure time to receive your train ticket and shuttle voucher.

  • A Corsair shuttle will be waiting in front of the Massy-TGV station to take you to Paris Orly Terminal 4, Gate 47D.
  • Upon arrival at Orly, go to the check-in counter corresponding to your flight.
  • The agent will check in your luggage and give you your boarding pass for your flight.
  • You then proceed to the boarding area to take your flight.

Departing from Overseas Territories and International Locations

  • At the airport, go to the Corsair check-in counter with your e-ticket to receive your boarding pass and shuttle voucher.
  • Upon exiting the plane, collect your luggage and join the Corsair shuttle outside Orly Terminal 4 with your shuttle voucher.
  • Upon arrival at Massy station, go to the Train + Air counter to collect your train ticket. Remember to validate it before boarding the train.

Why is the TGV + Air Solution Advantageous?

The TGV AIR service offers a smooth, comfortable, and cost-effective travel solution between provincial cities and international destinations. Thanks to the partnership between Corsair and SNCF, you combine the advantages of train and plane travel for a stress-free journey.

Traveling by TGV allows for a productive or relaxing trip. With internet connectivity available on board, you can work, entertain yourself, or simply enjoy the scenery from your seat. The seats are more spacious than in buses, and you have the freedom to move around easily during the journey.

Train travel is often more economical than traveling by car, especially over long distances. Consider also vehicle wear and tear, fuel, tolls, and airport parking costs.

Another advantage: TGV stations are located in city centers, reducing travel time to the departure point while avoiding the long waits associated with airport security checks.

With 22 cities in France and Brussels connected to Orly Airport via the Train + Air service, travelers benefit from an extensive and convenient network. This offer is ideal for those departing from provincial cities who want to optimize their travel time.

The Train + Air contract protects you in case of delays. If your train or flight is rescheduled, you will automatically be rebooked on the next available departure. Corsair and SNCF also cover a hotel night if necessary.

A single e-ticket allows you to manage your entire train-and-flight journey. You book in one step, whether on Flycorsair.com, at an agency, or via our call center, making planning much simpler.

Online TGV AIR check-in is easy: from 72 hours before departure, you can check in for both your Corsair flight and retrieve your SNCF TGV AIR ticket.

All information is sent to you in advance, and our teams are present at the counters to guide you, whether at the station or the airport.

Online check-in, free shuttle, and delay protection: this package is designed to provide peace of mind and efficiency for Corsair travelers.

Preparing for your trip with the Train + Air service

If your journey requires an overnight stay in Paris, Corsair informs you that accommodation costs will remain your responsibility.
The next day, proceed to your flight check-in, which opens 3 hours before departure, or to Massy station for your train departure. The Train + Air shuttle between Orly and Massy remains available for all your transfers.

If you need to take the TGV from the provinces with the Train + Air service, we offer assistance for boarding both the trains and the airplane.

To do so, it is important to submit your request immediately after booking with our services (and not with SNCF).

You will need to provide us with:

      1. The passenger’s full name, date of birth, email and phone contact (and those of any accompanying person, if applicable);
      2. The TGV number concerned along with the corresponding Corsair flight.
      3. The type of assistance required.
      4. Whether you wish to use the dedicated space on board the TGV or not.
      5. Whether you are traveling with a wheelchair.

        • You may bring 2 labeled bags per person.
        • Maximum dimensions are:
          • 70 x 90 x 50 cm for suitcases, large backpacks, hiking bags, or sports bags
          • 40 x 30 x 15 cm for hand luggage such as backpacks, tote bags, or laptop bags.
        • With a Train + Air booking, we are unable to accept special baggage or bicycles.

          Important
