Electronic ticket

A simple and fast service

Corsair's electronic ticket simplifies your travel experience by replacing the traditional paper ticket with a secure digital version. All information related to your booking, including additional services, is saved in the company's database, thus eliminating the risks of losing or forgetting your ticket.

Booking and ticket reception

You can book your ticket online on the Corsair website, by phone, or at one of the company's sales points. Once the booking is made and payment confirmed, you will receive a travel confirmation by email, containing your 6-alphanumeric booking reference and your electronic ticket (itinerary receipt).

Sometimes, the reception of these emails can take several hours. We invite you to check your junk mail folder (spam) if you have not received anything in your standard inbox.
If you still do not receive your electronic tickets, contact our customer service who will resend them to you by email.

Online check-in

Online check-in is a free service available 48 hours before your flight's departure. It allows you to:

Choose or modify your seat (fees may apply for certain seats).
Add additional services such as special meals or extra baggage.
Obtain your boarding pass, which you can print or save to your smartphone.

At the airport

If you have bags to check in, go to the dedicated counter for passengers already checked in online for a quick drop-off. If you are traveling without checked baggage, you can go directly to the boarding lounge with your printed or mobile boarding pass. You can also get your boarding pass at the self-service kiosks at the Corsair baggage counters.

Corsair offers electronic tickets on all its routes.
You can view your booking from the "My booking" area.
Remember to check in online 48 hours before your departure to save time at the airport on the day of departure.
