Rules of the No-Purchase-Required Game “Corsair Photo Contest”

ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZING COMPANY 
CORSAIR SAS, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizing Company,” a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of 5,000,000 euros, registered at the RCS Pointe à Pitre under number 328 621 586, with its headquarters at Aéroport Pole Caraïbe - 97139 Les Abymes, is organizing a no-purchase-required contest called “Corsair Photo Contest.”

ARTICLE 2 – DURATION AND ELIGIBILITY

2.1 – Duration. The contest will run from January 6 to February 5, 2023. 
2.2 – Eligibility 
Participation is open to any individual aged 18 or over residing in Martinique, Guadeloupe, or Réunion Island.

Professional or amateur photographers, send us your 10 best photos that, in your opinion, best represent the beauty of your island! (Réunion Island, Martinique, and Guadeloupe).

Landscapes, life moments, people, portrait or landscape format, in color or black and white… Let your imagination run free. Photos must be sent in high definition to allow for large-format printing and may be retouched to optimize print quality.

Winners will have their works displayed in the Corsair Business lounge at the airports of Réunion, Guadeloupe, or Martinique.

Winners must be the owners of the works they submit and agree to grant Corsair free rights for the exhibition of their photos. A declaration of honor and a copyright transfer agreement must be signed by the winners.

Guadeloupe Prizes 
1st prize: 2 round-trip premium tickets to or from Guadeloupe + exhibition of photos on the lounge walls (with participation in installation depending on availability). 
2nd and 3rd prize: €100 credit on a Gold loyalty card of the Club Corsair (non-transferable and non-refundable).

Martinique Prizes 
1st prize: 2 round-trip premium tickets to or from Martinique + exhibition of photos on the lounge walls (with participation in installation depending on availability). 2nd and 3rd prize: €100 credit on a Gold loyalty card of the Club Corsair (non-transferable and non-refundable).

Réunion Island Prizes 
1st prize: 2 round-trip Premium tickets to or from Réunion Island + exhibition of photos on the lounge walls (with participation in installation depending on availability) 
2nd and 3rd prize: €100 credit on a Gold loyalty card of the Club Corsair (non-transferable and non-refundable)

Corsair employees and anyone directly or indirectly involved in creating the contest or its rules, as well as their family members (same name and address), are excluded. Only one entry per person (same first and last name) is allowed during the contest.

Any abusive behavior altering the principle of the contest (methods, tricks, manipulations eliminating chance), or any attempt at fraud, will result in disqualification.

The organizing company reserves the right to verify participants' identities and addresses to ensure the accuracy of information provided in the contest entry.

ARTICLE 3 – HOW TO PARTICIPATE

No other form of participation will be accepted by the Organizing Company.

3.1 Contest Mechanics To participate, participants must send 10 of their best photos representing the beauty of their island (Réunion Island, Martinique, Guadeloupe), a short biography, and their phone and email contact details between January 6 and February 5, 2023, at 11:59 PM. Tentative schedule (subject to change by Corsair): Jury deliberation: February 6–12, 2023 Announcement of winners: Friday, February 17, 2023 Photo retouching: February 20–24, 2023 Winners will be contacted later for the installation of their photos in the relevant lounges.

ARTICLE 4 – PRIZES

Prizes are: 
1st prize: 
2 round-trip premium tickets to/from Martinique valued at €2,930, including taxes. Tickets are valid for three (3) months from issue. 
2 round-trip Premium tickets to/from Guadeloupe valued at €2,874, including taxes. Tickets are valid for three (3) months from issue. 
2 round-trip Premium tickets to/from Réunion Island valued at €3,155, including taxes. Tickets are valid for three (3) months from issue. 
Prizes cannot be contested, exchanged for cash, substituted, or replaced by another prize. 
The organizing company may replace prizes with items of equivalent value if necessary. 
2nd and 3rd prize: Club Corsair Gold cards each credited with €100.

ARTICLE 5 – PRIZE DISTRIBUTION AND WINNER NOTIFICATION

There will be nine (9) winners in total:

- Three (3) winners for the trip 
- Six (6) winners for the €100 Gold loyalty card

Travel prize: 3 sets of 2 round-trip tickets for 2 people with Corsair. Ticket details on flycorsair.com. Tickets are valid for 1-year travel until February 17, 2024, subject to availability; conditions apply, excluding French school holidays. Non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services. Tickets must be booked by June 17, 2023, for travel until February 17, 2024.

After this date, the prize cannot be used, and the winner will lose the benefit without substitution.

Winners will be notified by email within 7 days after jury deliberation (from February 12, 2023). Winners must respond within 14 working days to accept or decline the prize.

Failure to respond is considered a full renunciation of the prize.

€100 Club Corsair Gold Card:

• 6 prizes, each €100 on a Club Corsair Gold card 
• Valid exclusively on flycorsair.com 
• For one round-trip ticket to/from Paris, Guadeloupe, Martinique, or Réunion Island. One-way tickets not included 
• Only valid on long-haul Premium flights by Corsair / Business and Economy excluded 
• Booking period: until May 17, 2023, 23:59; Travel period: outside French school holidays, before February 17, 2024 
• Cannot be combined with other discounts, loyalty offers, or credits 
• Credit must be used in full and is non-transferable 
• No refund, exchange, or cash-back by Corsair 
• Ticket purchase subject to Corsair General Terms and Conditions

Participants must provide accurate contact details. The organizing company is not responsible for errors or incomplete info. Unclaimed prizes will not be reassigned.

ARTICLE 6 – LIABILITY AND RIGHTS OF THE ORGANIZING COMPANY

The organizing company reminds participants of the limits of the Internet and is not responsible for any consequences of using the network via the contest website.

The organizing company is not liable for any damage to participants, their computer equipment, or data, nor for resulting personal, professional, or commercial consequences.

The organizing company is not responsible if participants cannot access the site due to technical issues or network congestion.

Internet use and contest participation are at the participant’s own risk.

Participants must take measures to protect their own data and software against damage.

The organizing company reserves the right to modify or extend the contest in case of force majeure or fraud without any compensation.

Participants must provide complete and accurate contact info. The organizing company is not liable if the winner cannot be reached due to incorrect details.

The organizing company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged prizes during shipping or delivery.

ARTICLE 7 – PERSONAL DATA – DATA PROTECTION

Personal data collected is used to manage the contest, determine winners, and distribute prizes. Data is intended solely for the organizing company and will not be shared with third parties.
