    The most frequent questions

To check in your baggage, please proceed to the counter dedicated to passengers who have checked in online. This counter is indicated on our screens directly above the check-in desks in our dedicated area.

During check-in and until boarding, special attention will be given to unaccompanied minors and passengers with reduced mobility. For assistance upon your arrival at the airport, if you are a person with reduced mobility, please inform us of your condition in advance by contacting our customer service at least 72 hours before your departure. To ensure that "peak travel" no longer rhymes with "rush hour," our ground staff will help you check in, board, and disembark with complete peace of mind.

You must strictly adhere to the Check-in Deadline (HLE) indicated on your ticket. Failing to do so will result in you being considered a "no-show," and you will be denied boarding (and, if applicable, the return flight of your trip will be canceled under the conditions defined in article 1.5.2 of these general terms and conditions of sale and carriage). If you arrive after the flight has closed, we advise you to go to our Corsair counter as quickly as possible to have this situation noted by our sales staff. They will do their best to find a solution on the next flight. Please note: fees will necessarily apply. If you do not go to our sales counter immediately after the flight closes, your ticket will be definitively and automatically canceled and will no longer be usable.
