You can select your seat at the time of booking or anytime before your flight's departure. This option is available directly on the official website flycorsair.com, in your personal "My booking" area after purchasing your ticket, or by contacting our Customer Service (available daily from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.). Please note: seat selection is only available on flights operated by Corsair.
The weight allowance for an additional piece of baggage is 23 kg in Economy and Premium classes, and 32 kg in Business class. The price depends on your destination and the time of purchase. Rates start from €70.
Yes, a standard meal is included with your booking, regardless of your travel class. In Economy class, the meal includes a starter, a main course, cheese, dessert, and beverages. In Premium class, you can choose between two main courses, accompanied by a starter, dessert, and a selection of drinks. In Business class, enjoy a refined menu with several elaborately prepared dishes, served on a plate, and accompanied by carefully selected wines.
Corsair Priority is a service that allows you to benefit from priority baggage check-in for €20. You’ll have access to Premium and Business counters, benefit from priority access “Accès N°1” in certain airports (Orly, Fort-de-France, Pointe-à-Pitre), and enjoy priority baggage delivery.
The Club Corsair rewards your loyalty by offering you a personal cashback account in euros, which can be used for your future Corsair tickets or services. This balance is valid for 24 months (or for life if you travel every two years), can be transferred free of charge to a loved one, and accumulates with each purchase. The Club also gives you access to exclusive benefits: priority access, private lounges, additional baggage, gourmet meals, Eco+ seats, and Wi-Fi packs.
The Train + Air offer combines your TGV journey, airport shuttle, and Corsair flight into a single booking. This service simplifies travel from many French cities and Brussels, with a single point of contact and one fare. In case of delay or changes to your train or flight, Corsair and SNCF commit to rebooking you at no extra cost on the next available departure, and covering a hotel night if needed.
The Corsair electronic ticket simplifies your travel process: after booking and payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing all necessary information. Simply present your ID (passport or identity card) at the check-in counter or choose online check-in. No need for a paper document—everything is securely stored in our database.
Access to Corsair's private lounges is reserved for Business class passengers and Platinum members of the loyalty program. However, Economy or Premium class passengers can also purchase lounge access, subject to availability. The fee is €40 for the Primeclass lounge and €60 for the Extime lounge. Purchase can be made at the time of booking, via the "My booking" area, or directly at the Corsair airport counter.
Corsair offers two insurance plans – Cancellation/Baggage and Comprehensive – to help you travel with peace of mind. They cover cancellation fees, loss or theft of your baggage, and medical expenses abroad. Please note that you cannot purchase these travel insurance plans after your ticket has been bought.
Corsair partners with various providers to enhance your travel experience. For ground transportation, Corsair offers exclusive partnerships with Hertz for car rentals, LeCab for reliable and affordable ride-hailing service, and MyDriver for VIP assistance during your time at Orly.
The hold option service allows you to lock in a fare for up to 6 days before confirming your booking. This service, available from €10, can be selected on the Corsair website after choosing your travel dates. Once the option is set, you have until the indicated date to confirm and pay for your booking by credit card.
You have access to a wide selection of duty-free products on board Corsair flights. You can purchase them directly during the flight or, for greater peace of mind, pre-order your favorite products before departure. This pre-order option offers you discounted prices (up to 40% off), exclusive items, and the guarantee that your products will be available on board, with no risk of stock shortages.
Corsair offers a no-fee payment option (0% APR) for eligible purchases made on flycorsair.com. You can spread the payment over 2, 3, or 4 installments, over a period of up to 89 days. This service is available from €200 for 2 or 3 installments, and from €1,500 for 4 installments. It is accessible with a valid credit card and a funded account.
