Most Frequently Asked Questions
You can credit your loyalty account by adding completed flights in your member area: https://moncompte.corsair.fr. If you did not provide your membership number when booking or checking in, or if you joined the program after your trip, you have up to 6 months after the relevant flight to request retroactive credit.
Credits are valid for life. You can extend their expiration date as many times as needed. In fact, each trip taken within a maximum of 24 months from the previous one grants this extension. Birthday credits, however, are valid for 2 months.
All Corsair routes with a Corsair flight number allow you to earn credits in euros. These euros can be used on any Corsair route, regardless of the date or booking class. The Corsair Club loyalty card does not apply to flights operated by third-party airlines.
The contact details for your dedicated lines are printed on the back of your card, in the booklets sent to you after your first flight, and are also accessible from your personal space on www.flycorsair.com. If you are calling from abroad, add the French country code “+33” and then dial the number shown on the back of your card.
If you are already registered, you can access your Corsair Club account (to check your available credits, update your personal address, transfer credits, etc.) by logging into our website www.flycorsair.com, under the loyalty program section. Then, in the personal space at the top right of the screen, click on “Existing customer”.
If this is your first login, you will need to: enter your membership number, choose a new username, and provide an email address where you will receive a temporary password, which you can later change.
You can access your account by logging into our website www.flycorsair.com: go to the loyalty program section, then in the personal area, click “Forgot password.” You will receive a temporary password by email (also check your spam or junk folder), which you will need to change in your online account.
You can use your credits to pay all or part of your next ticket (excluding airport taxes) starting from just €1 accumulated, for yourself or a person of your choice. You can also treat yourself to an additional service during your trip: seat selection, extra baggage, etc. You may also transfer them to another Corsair Club member.
When you join, you are provided with a membership ID and a password. With these credentials, you can log in to your personal account on the website www.flycorsair.com and track the status of your credits.
The ID you chose cannot be changed. If you forget it, you must contact a Corsair direct sales outlet, your dedicated premium line, or our Customer Service, available daily from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. at 3917.
Is your loyalty card damaged, lost, or stolen? Don’t worry! Your card remains active and accessible from your personal account via the "My Account" button. Always keep it with you by downloading it to your smartphone’s wallet.
To transfer your credits, log in to your personal account on www.flycorsair.com, select the credits you wish to transfer and the person you want to transfer them to. It is not necessary to have traveled on the same flight to transfer euros to a third party. The validity period of the transferred credits remains unchanged (24 months).
Membership in the Corsair Club loyalty program is free for anyone aged 2 and over.
