Refund procedure

All refunds or cancellations of unused tickets are subject to the fare conditions applicable to the purchased ticket. Cancellation or refund requests must be made before the flight’s departure.

Before making any request, please ensure your ticket allows a flight refund (if non-refundable, only airport taxes and fees will be refunded). The fuel surcharge is neither a tax nor a fee and is not refundable.

If you wish to cancel your trip (outbound and/or return), hold a refundable e-ticket (with or without fees), and purchased through Corsair, please contact us via our dedicated page to cancel your trip.

If you have purchased insurance, after cancelling with our services, you must contact the insurer to assert your rights under the contract terms.

If you have not purchased insurance, you must complete the online claims form to obtain a ticket refund. Be sure to include your ticket number, flight number (found on your e-ticket), any supporting documents (medical certificate, proof of force majeure requiring cancellation, etc.), your address, and phone number.

Can additional services be refunded?

Additional services can only be refunded if you cancel your flight, provided your ticket is eligible for a refund. You cannot keep your flight and request a refund for an additional service that has been reserved and paid for.

Is the fuel surcharge refunded if I cancel my trip?

The fuel surcharge is refunded only if the fare conditions of your ticket allow it. If your ticket is non-refundable, the fuel surcharge is also non-refundable.

Am I insured in case of unforeseen events during my trip?

Some credit cards offer insurance, often partial.
