Lost or forgotten items at the airport
Any item forgotten or lost at the airport, before or after security or police checkpoints, must be reported by you.
You should contact the lost and found office at the terminal as soon as possible when a phone number is available, or go there in person upon your return.

Items missing from our business lounges
Any objects lost in our business lounges (Extime or Primeclass) are handed over to the lost property service at the relevant airport.

Items left behind on our aircraft
Items found on board our aircraft are handed over to our airline's station manager at the arrival airport.
To make a claim :
- Go to our online claim form.
- Select the “On the plane” option.
- Select “Item left in the cabin.”
- Complete the form with your flight information.
Items confiscated at security screening
In accordance with the enhanced Vigipirate security plan and European regulations, certain items are prohibited in the cabin:
- Sharp, pointed, cutting, or blunt objects
- Containers of liquids exceeding 100 ml
These items are confiscated and destroyed at security screening.
The airline is not responsible for their non-return.
