    A flexible ticket allows you to change your booking without additional fees and to receive a full refund in case of cancellation. The Eco Flexible, Premium Flexible, and Business Flexible tickets are designed to meet these flexibility needs.

      Yes, Corsair offers you the option to customize your meal and choose your seat:

      • Meal selection is available up to 48 hours before departure, via your "My Booking" space or by contacting our customer service.
      • Seat selection is included for certain ticket categories (Eco Flexible, Premium Smart/Flexible, Business Smart/Flexible). For other categories, this service is available for an additional fee.

        No, Corsair tickets do not allow you to change the destination once the booking has been made. If needed, the ticket must be canceled (according to the conditions of the fare category) and a new booking must be made.

          In the event of a no-show, your ticket is no longer valid, but you may request a refund of the airport taxes only. If you booked your ticket on our website, simply fill out the online form. For bookings made through a travel agency, please contact them directly.

            Changing or canceling a Corsair ticket depends on the selected fare category :

            • For Economy Basic and Economy Classic tickets, change fees apply and refunds are not available.
            • Flexible tickets (Economy, Premium, Business) can be changed or canceled free of charge.

            To make any changes or cancellations, log in to your "My Booking" space on the Corsair website or contact our customer service.

              The validity of a ticket depends on the selected category :

              • Economy Basic tickets are valid for a maximum stay of 1 month at the destination.
              • Economy Flexible tickets are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
              • Premium and Business Flexible tickets also offer extended and flexible validity.

                Yes, it is possible to purchase an open ticket (or "open" ticket), meaning a ticket without a specific departure or return date. However, for technical reasons, this type of purchase cannot be made online on the www.flycorsair.com website.
                You will need to visit one of our Corsair agencies or contact our customer service to book this type of ticket.

                  Passengers can purchase an additional piece of baggage as an option during the booking process or through the "My Booking" space. The number and weight of allowed baggage vary depending on the selected fare category.
