What is the amount of the service fee?

Service charges apply depending on your destination and the rate which has been chosen. The latter is understood through the ticket (or by passenger).
In the Economy class, the costs vary from 1 euros (Basic fare) to 20 euros (flex fare) per ticket;
Check that the information concerning your credit card is correct:
• Card number
• Validity date
• Cryptogram

Check with your bank to find out, if your credit card has a limit. If this is the case, we encourage you to increase the limit on your card in order to finalize your reservation.
Check that your card is not a Visa ELECTRON or similar card. This type of card is not accepted by our system.

In Premium class and Business class, from 10 to 20 euros per ticket;
From Africa, the costs are 22 euros per ticket;
From Canada, no service charges.

For foreign currency payment:
 
- between 6,600 and 13,200 XOF per ticket for trips to Africa;
- 15,000 XOF per ticket from Africa, regardless of the traveling class.
